In the valley itself, the hiker enjoys total peace and a magnificent view of the Matterhorn.

'To be in nature means to experience everything: the sounds, plants, trees- to touch, to feel how everything is changing. It's amazing to see how much nature gives to us. We must experience this again and again. I am so happy that i found out about the Be Outside Coaching.
What Ruta does in those Nature Retreats is amazing and i wish to everyone to experience it.'
