Originally from Lithuania, Ruta has been living abroad for the last 15 years.

After graduating the University of Sorbonne, she has been working in business management and sales for the big corporations for 12 years.

Ruta is now a professional neuro-coach (Neuroleadership Institute, London- both in 1:1 and team coaching). She is currently obtaining a certificate of Neuroleadership Principles at Neuroleadership Institute.

She has solid cross-functional team management, coaching, mentoring and leadership skills and has facilitated Neuro-coaching and change management workshops for various companies.

Her coaching and facilitation skills have been well recognized to create positive impact to individuals and companies.

By creating Be Outside Coaching movement, she has connected her 2 major passions: activities outside and human development.
