This hotel is a perfect place for those who appreciate the interior design, creative cuisine and unusual SPA facilities. Where blocks of ice from Lake Palpuogna used to be stored in order to keep the food from the Kurhaus cool in summer, you can sweat today. The modern sauna is embedded in an archaic environment characterized by 120-year-old stamped concrete and the stream gravel from the Tuors stream bed.

After a soothing sauna session, you can cool off in the cold water pool, where the Albula mineral water «Ava da Bravuogn» and «Ava Cuetschna» flow together. After sauna & delightful jacuzzi, you can relax and rest in the an exceptional relaxing room with the views to Nature.

about ruta- retreat creator

Ruta did her first hike back in 2013- she then realized that the real life is not happening in the indoor- office environment but rather outside.

This made her realize that she was missing something important in her life- connection with Nature. Since then, most of her time she spends outside- climbing, hiking, wild camping, walking in the forests, parks and other natural places. She has become hiking ‚guru‘ and is now passionate to share the most beautiful places in the Swiss Alps with the others. Retreat participants often say that Ruta's passion for Nature is contagious.

Ruta is a professional mountain leader ( Association of Mountain Guides in Switzerland), neuro-coach (Neuroleadership Institute, London), and forest therapy guide (Association of Nature and Forest Therapy, USA).

Ruta is certified Yin and Hatha yoga teacher. In her retreats she loves bringing in Yin and Yang energies through hiking, yoga, forest bathing and meditations.

By creating Be Outside Coaching movement, she has connected her 2 major passions: activities outside and human development. Be Outside Coaching delivers immersive and holistic Nature experiences in the different corners of pristine the Swiss Alps.

see you in the mountains!

' Thank you to Ruta from all my heart for the wonderful days of joy, meditation, slowing down, deep reconnection with nature. Thank you all great ladies for these days full of high vibration, open hearts and all kind of kindness. This wonderful time has become a balsam for my soul and heart and was very inspiring to create something good.'

Katja, accountant from Switzerland,
participant of Spring Nature Immersion, May 2021
