Soulful Human & Nature Experiences
At all Seasons
welcome to 'Mountain Mindset' Nature retreat
August 15-19th, 2020 Lauterbrunnen valley, switzerland
Since the Antique times, it has been recognized that a man is a miniature of the Nature. What exists in Nature, exists also in a Man, just to a smaller scale. In order to develop, create, evolve and be healthy a man needs to be connected to Nature.
However, in today’s modern society humans are being subjected to more and more pressure to perform and contribute to an ever-growing culture consumption. This kind of lifestyle creates a baseline of stress within our bodies that makes it very challenging to sustain mental and physiological health.
Nature connection practices, such as hiking, and forest therapy are pathways to returning to a basis of health and happiness. While exploring outside- nature, one also explores thyself and opens doors back to the a self-compassion, kindness and love.
The infinite beauty of Nature will show you your inner beauty.
This Nature retreat has been designed having in mind of what the modern human being is in need. Awe, presence, self-discovery and self-understanding, connection to nature and thyself.
Would you like to experience something unique? Get Outside and connect with your authentic self.

About Lauterbrunnen Valley

Lauterbrunnen lies in an impressive alpine valley between gigantic rock faces and mountain peaks. The Lauterbrunnen Valley is one of the biggest nature conservation areas in Switzerland with 72 roaring waterfalls, including the Stabbach Falls, which plunge almost 300 metres from an overhanging rock face. Lauterbrunnen is known for it’s secluded valleys, colourful alpine meadows and lonely mountain inns.
The very name ‘Lauter Brunnen’ (‘many fountains’) suggests the magnificence of this landscape. In 1779, Johann Wolfgang von Goethe was hiking in this valley, and was inspired by the roaring waters to write his well-known poem ‘Spirit song over the waters’. Wow, what a place!

Ruta supports you wholeheartedly and guides you in a way that you open your eyes fresh and start seeing things that you have never seen before. My 5 days with Ruta in the Swiss Alps have been unforgettable. Ruta gives more than one would think is possible. I am just so happy that i could participate in this journey of personal-discovery.'

About RETREAT FACILITATORS
ABOUT RUTA
Ruta has done her first hike back in 2013- she then realised that the real life is not happening in the office but rather outside. This made her realize that she was missing something important in her life - connection with Nature. Since then, most of her time she spends outside- climbing, hiking, wild camping, walking in the the forests, parks and other natural places. She has become hiking ‚guru‘ and is now passionate to share the most beautiful places in the Swiss Alps with others. Her last big adventure was in Kyrgyzstan in summer 2018 when she with other team members has climbed some alpine peaks which have never been climbed before- above 4000m. In 2017 she packed her mountain bag and went trekking alone in Himalaya, Nepal. In 2015 she made one of her dreams come true- she climbed Mont Blanc. She also enjoys time in a complete wilderness and often sleeps in the mountains alone underneath the stars.
Ruta is a professional neuro-coach (Neuroleadership Institute, London), and forest therapy guide (Association of Nature and Forest Theraphy, USA). By creating Be Outside Coaching movement, she has connected her 2 major passions: activities outside and human development.

'The best of human nature is revealed in the Nature'.
